Cancellation & Refund

  • We offer FULL REFUND only for cancellation of order made more than 48 hours before requested day of delivery.

  • There will be NO REFUND for cancellation of order made less than 48 hours before requested day of delivery.

 

Availability & Substitution

  • Due to seasonality and availability, inspiration and creativity, The Bloom Edit reserves the right to substitute items in The Blooms are at our own discretion.

  • Rest assured that substituted items will be of equivalent or of higher value to items featured on our product pages and of similar style, look & feel.

 

Delivery & Charges

The Blooms

  • Due to our current business nature, we only provide customization. Hence, all orders must be made one week in advance.

  • A confirmation email will be sent with order details, collection/delivery details (date & time) and customers information. Customers to ensure that all stipulated information is accurate and flag out all questions before replying to confirm the order.

  • Upon confirmation of orders from both The Bloom Edit and customer, the order will be processed and picked up/delivered on the specified date & time of delivery.

  • The Bloom Edit currently offers self-collection only.

  • We open up delivery base on seasonal/festive periods.

  • In cases of delivery to doorstep (if any),

    • While The Bloom Edit strives to be timely and punctual with our delivery, customers are advised to allow for 15-minutes variances due to uncertainty of traffic.

    • Customers to ensure that recipient are available at the stipulated delivery address & timeframe.

    • Bloom will be left with front desk/door step should there be no response within 15-minutes of courier’s arrival.

Shipping:

  • Self-collection (subjected to seller’s availability): Marymount MRT, free

  • In cases of delivery to doorstep during seasonal/festive periods:

    • Normal day delivery to doorstep within business hours (10am – 6pm): Flat rate of $8

    • Peak hours (12pm – 2pm) and off-business hours (after 6pm) delivery to doorstep: Additional $5

    • Festive seasons charges: Flat rate of $15, specified timing not available                                                       

 

The Edits

  • All orders will be processed within 3 working days.

  • A confirmation email will be sent with order details, mailing details and customers information. Customers to ensure that all stipulated information is accurate and flag out all questions before replying to confirm the order.

  • Upon confirmation of orders from both The Bloom Edit and customer, the order will be processed and delivered on the specified date & time of delivery.

Shipping:

  • Registered Postage: Due to the fragile nature of our prints, all prints will mailed in hard card envelope/mailing tube via complimentary registered post. This is to ensure that the print arrive safely. 

 

Payment modes

  • No cash payments. Payment only by Bank Transfer.

  • All payments to be made within 12-hours upon receipt of confirmation email from The Bloom Edit.

  • Payment details will be advised in confirmation email from The Bloom Edit.
